Measure the Surface Resistance of Anti-Static Related Objects

Hioki Super Megohmmeters are high insulation resistance meters designed to measure the electrical resistance of insulation materials with high insulating properties. The SME-8301 is an electrode that enables surface resistance measurement simply by pressing the electrode onto the sample, and is used in conjunction with the SM-8200 series.

Measure surface resistance by simply pushing the electrode against the specimen. Measure the surface resistance of anti-static related objects in mainly in combination with Model SM-8213.
